Nest Hotel Hakata Station

This is the second time that I stayed at this location in Fukuoka. Funnily, I stayed in the same room as last time. I came back to this hotel because of the front desk staff. Although they speak very little English they go out of their way to assist, accomodate and even anticipate customer needs. In a world where things are becoming increasingly automated it is so nice to see a friendly face - especially when travelling alone. The food was just basic - nothing special but the service is stellar at all points. Even housekeeping was so engaging and accomodating.

This was my second stay in this hotel. After an original 5 night stay, I needed a place in Fukuoka on way up Japan and I liked the place so much that I went back

Room space larger than common found in Japan Hotel .Comfortable beds to sunken in and 2pillows provided each bed. Location is great a little walk from HAKATA station and reachable Canal city by10mins walk .Even though bus stop is next block from hotel.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was wonderful. We had two great meals there. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pajamas were provided, as were razors, toothbrushes, etc... location was great and convenient, and the room was clean and easy to relax in.
